LAMP, affiliated with GAMA Global and FINSECA, is renowned for gathering influential leaders in insurance and financial security, offering unparalleled insights and networking opportunities.

“In the U.S., one of their primary goals is to figure out how to recruit more women, people of colour, and younger people, in the insurance and financial industry,” said Danica Antonio, “It gives us courage and peace of mind that we, in Greatway, are already positioned to ensure that this is happening.” Aside from Greatway’s predominant family culture and God-centred community, no matter what your religion is, more than 63% of agents in the sales leadership are women and over 65% of those women are doing it independently or without a licensed partner. Greatway also has one of the youngest average agent age at 33 years old compared to Canada’s 62. The company is also proud to be one of the most diverse MGAs with Chinese, Filipino, Latino, Nepali, Nigerian, Punjabi, and Vietnamese agents, just to name a few.

Participation of Greatway Leaders and Executives
Led by CEO and Lead Mentor of Greatway, Marlon Antonio with his wife, Elsa Antonio, over 30 Agents from Greatway’s Sales Leadership and several Greatway Executives joined the much-anticipated event. The Greatway group was even welcomed as one of the renowned MGAs in Canada in the opening ceremony.
“It’s amazing that you can talk with other people in the industry,” echoing, Bonnie Godsman, Lady Dyan Arevalo, one of Greatway’s Executive Vice Chairmans said, “…not to compete but collaborate with one another, all for servicing more clients and servicing them better.” One of Greatway’s mantra is to change people’s lives for the better and it starts at the very top. The leaders attending LAMP, were reminded of why we do what we do.
